tl. Minshall began his career in law enforcement when he joined the Waverly Police Department Auxiliary in 1967 as the auxiliary was
just being established. Don was later hired as a part-time police officer in 1978 and went to a full-time officer in 1992 under Chief
Michael Corwin. Don had a great love for law enforcement and for the community that he served. He was very proud of the uniform and
his department. Don is sadly missed by all his coworkers and the citizens of Waverly.
